About Our Practice

A boutique psychiatric practice built on trust, compassion, and personalized care.

Our Philosophy

We provide personalized psychiatric care for adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, attention difficulties, trauma, life stress, or simply feeling unlike themselves. Your care is provided by a psychiatric medical professional with advanced clinical training, someone who understands both the science of mental health and the importance of being truly listened to.

Here, you can expect thoughtful, evidence-based treatment in a supportive environment where your concerns are taken seriously, your story matters, and your care is tailored to you.

Dr. Sheilin Hamid, D.O.

Founder & Psychiatrist

Dr. Sheilin Hamid is a psychiatrist who is passionate about providing thoughtful, integrative mental healthcare. She believes that mental health treatment should feel personal, collaborative, and grounded in trust.

Dr. Hamid earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior from Florida Atlantic University. She went on to receive her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2022, followed by residency training in psychiatry at University Hospital and Medical Center in Tamarac, Florida and HCA Florida JFK North Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Her approach to care is patient-centered and individualized. She combines evidence-based medication management with personalized lifestyle recommendations to support each patient’s overall well-being. Dr. Hamid believes that meaningful progress happens when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment.

She has experience treating a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar spectrum disorders. Her goal is to help patients better understand their symptoms, explore treatment options, and feel more empowered throughout their mental health journey.

Dr. Hamid is also committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health care and addressing inequities in healthcare through education, advocacy, and compassionate treatment. At the heart of her practice is a simple goal: to help each patient feel understood, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
